I'm always glad to know the puppies get good homes. Sometimes I know the new families, but most of the time I meet them in the process of placing the puppies in their new homes. I've developed a pretty good "radar" for detecting what will or will not make a good home for one of my pups. Although I am sometimes wrong initially, I feel like I usually find the right home for each pup in the end. The photo above is certainly a good example of the perfect combo of family and new pet. For those of us who love their dogs and decide to breed them, placing puppies in loving homes and knowing you got it right is the best reward!!
