Just when I think I've heard it all, I get a totally unexpected suprise. Just such a thing happened recently when my neighbor Wes rang the doorbell. I answered the door to find him on the front porch with a towel in his hands; I didn't think much of it until he opened the folded towel and handed it to me saying , "Look what George did." To my suprise there was a corgi puppy about the same age as all of my spring pups.
I know I must have looked like the proverbial deer in the headlights as I tried to connect the dots. Although Wes had purposely bred his female Liberty to George a couple of years ago, I had no recall of that occurring again. Wes said, "You know, the first weekend of December." I was thinking - okay I was in California the first weekend of December and George was home with Richard (my husband) and then it dawned on me. The dots connected quickly as I remembered that the kids had finked on Richard and told me George had accidentally gotten out while I was gone and was "missing" for about 24 hours. Well it seems George aka Big Love was across the street with Liberty!! At least he had the grace to stick with a registered corgi !!
As a result Wes and family have 4 very cute AKC corgi pups which they have allowed me to feature as "guest campers". They are offered with all of the same guarantees that my own pups carry and have been raised in their home just like we raise ours. Current on vaccintations, worming and have a perfect exam report from their recent vet visit. They're lovely corgis and will make perfect pets and companions for their new families. So here are Blaze, Dot, Fin and Muddy. All will be sable and white or red and white.
